PaperlessEHR provides electronic health record and practice management software for behavioral health providers. Free tools on this website are provided for informational and screening purposes and do not constitute medical advice or a provider-patient relationship.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

Limitation of Liability
